After the first case of the coronavirus early on March 11, Turkey saw the biggest daily jump in the coronavirus death toll today on April 2.
Turkey’s deaths increased by 79 to 356 and the number of confirmed cases rose by 2,456 to 18,135, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said.
Mr. Koca added that 415 people recovered and 1,101 being treated in the ICU and 18,757 tests had been conducted in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of tests carried out in Turkey to 125,556 since the outbreak began.
