Important economic and political changes occurred in Turkey during the last decade. These disrupted the power games both within the country and in the region. The displacement of Turkish foreign trade’s center of gravity from Europe to the Middle East and North Africa forms the economic background of a new paradigm in the relationships between the West and the East. The last decade has seen a rapid economic development associated with important political changes. These two phenomena can be observed in the evolution of Turkish foreign trade in general, and in its energetic dimension in particular. This commercial evolution has strategic implications too.HER_148_0183_Seyfettin Gursel_Le basculement historique du commerce extérieur turc vers l’OrientDownload
